By accessing or using the Light of Quran services, website, and social media content (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Light of Quran is an automated content publishing service that generates and distributes Quranic educational content (Reels, Carousels, and posts) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. The Service is operated by the "Light of Knowledge" application.

The Service includes:

• Automated Quranic video Reels with Arabic recitation and translations
• Carousel image posts with Quranic verses
• AI-generated spiritual captions in multiple languages
• This website and all associated web pages

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Quranic Content

The Holy Quran is the word of Allah and is not subject to human copyright. Arabic text and recitations used in our content are sourced from publicly available, verified editions. Translations are sourced from established, publicly available scholarly translations.

3.2 Our Content

The visual design, animations, branding, video compositions, AI-generated captions, and code of the Light of Quran project are the property of Light of Quran. Our source code is available on GitHub under the terms specified in the repository.

3.3 Sharing

You are encouraged to share our social media content (Reels, Carousels) using the native sharing features of each platform. We welcome the spread of Quranic knowledge. However, re-uploading, re-branding, or claiming our content as your own is not permitted.

4. User Conduct

When interacting with our content on social media platforms, you agree to:

• Treat all users and the Quranic content with respect
• Not post hateful, abusive, or discriminatory comments
• Not use our content for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with the respective platform's community guidelines

We reserve the right to hide, delete, or report comments that violate these standards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy of translations (we rely on established scholarly translations)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the automated publishing system
• Availability of content on any specific platform at any given time
• The accuracy of AI-generated captions (they are supplementary to the Quranic text)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Light of Quran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our content is published on third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) that have their own terms of service. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of third-party platforms.
